No. Maintenance is optional (from €50/month). It covers updates, monitoring, and technical support. You can also manage the agent internally.
Do you accept payment in installments?+
Yes. For projects over €2,000, we offer payment in 2-3 installments at no extra cost.
What if the agent doesn't meet expectations?+
We iterate together until satisfaction. If after 2 iteration cycles the result doesn't work for you, we refund 50% of the investment.
